CBS News obtained audio of a voicemail North Dakota Democratic Senator Heidi Heitkamp left for one of the women she misidentified as a victim of sexual assault in a campaign ad. Dale Wetzel, a longtime North Dakota capitol reporter for the Associated Press, spoke to CBSN about how Heitkamp’s blunder is impacting her competitive re-election race.
