Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, who recently joined President Trump’s legal team, said Mr. Trump reimbursed his personal attorney Michael Cohen for a $130,000 payment made to adult film actress Stephanie Clifford, or Stormy Daniels. The money was a so-called “hush payment” that Clifford said she received to keep quiet about an alleged affair.
