Yesterday’s mid-air engine explosion on a Southwest Airlines plane is under investigation. One person was killed n the blast which may have been caused by metal fatigue in the engine’s fan blades. Former NTSB chairman and CBS News contributor Mark Rosenker joins CBSN with more.
