A bill that was approved by the California State Legislature would give kids two options with their meals at restaurants — water or milk — in a push to reduce obesity and children’s access to sugary drinks. The bill is on its way to Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk. Adrienne Moore of CBS station KOVR-TV reports.
